I am just wondering if 4th generation civic or crx have the same engine
mounting bracket.

I can answer this in regards to RHD 4Gs - it *should* be the same for the LHDs. I researched putting a D16B (CRX 1.6 DOHC) into a Civic and found that this is actually the JDM Si configuration. So yes, engine and gearbox mount up with zero mods required. My GL even had the computer mounting brackets etc. It's only the SiR that has different mounting points - the mounting points are about an inch or so forward of the standard Civic.
